Job description

Our client is a certified PEO with over 20 years of experience. They are seeking an Outside Sales Executive with experience in complex selling, such as PEO or HCM sales, to expand market share and foster organizational growth through negotiating and closing new business deals.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in CA. The ideal candidate is a metrics-driven individual contributor with a proven track record of success, such as consecutive President's Club awards or similar recognitions. Please note: this role is not a managerial or director position.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Leverage your extensive network of business contacts to generate and establish new business opportunities.
  2. Research and develop prospecting lists of potential clients.
  3. Prospect for new clients through emails, calls, in-office visits, networking events, and referral partners, prioritizing your existing book of business.
  4. Set appointments to present company services to decision-makers and end users.
  5. Manage all aspects of the sales process, including discovery, needs analysis, proposal presentation, feature and benefit comparisons, technology demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
  6. Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Experience :
  1. Bachelor’s Degree.
  2. At least 3 years of consultative B2B selling experience.
  3. Experience in generating leads and prospecting independently.
