Position: Occupational Health and Safety Representative

Location: Port Coquitlam, BC (Head Office)

What You’ll Do:

• Support and promote Lordco’s Occupational Health and Safety Management System
• Engage staff through safety discussions and training
• Participate in inspections and compliance checks
• Maintain safety standards with minimal disruption
• Monitor Safety KPIs to support business objectives
• Maintain records of safety meetings, inspections, and training
• Create safety training materials and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures
• Ensure compliance with WorkSafe BC, Alberta OHS, and other agencies
• Possess TDG competency (asset)
• Lead by example
• Perform additional tasks as needed
