About the Role :

This position plays a vital role in supporting strategic decision-making by analyzing financial performance across both retail and wholesale operations . You’ll be expected to work overtime when needed to meet critical deadlines—particularly during budget preparation and quarterly reforecasts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare, analyze, and report monthly financial results, highlighting key insights for senior leadership.
  • Evaluate sales, margins, operating costs, and inventory performance across multiple channels.
  • Support the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts —including working extended hours to meet tight deadlines.
  • Conduct cash flow, profitability, and capital expenditure analyses.
  • Build financial models to support growth initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, mitigate risks, and spot growth opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent designation preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of financial analysis experience in the retail and / or wholesale sectors.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and financial software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach.
