Person who, without having a diploma as a Community Worker or a Social Assistance Technician and within the limits of her / his skills and training, does work that is similar in nature and related to that of a Community Worker or a Social Assistance Technician.

REQUIREMENTS

Education :

• High School Diploma;

Experience :

• At least 1 year of pertinent experience;

Knowledge and Abilities :

• Basic understanding of the services offered by the CMC and awareness of other community services;
• Ability to work effectively with targeted clientele;
• Ability to write short reports (written exam);
• Capacity to establish interpersonal relations;
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team;
• Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and decision-making skills;
• Autonomous, proactive, flexible, discreet, and empathetic;
• Sense of accountability, resourcefulness, and vigilance.
