Provide scheduling support for executives, managing competing priorities and coordinating complex calendars.
Take ownership of daily office management, ensuring smooth operations with minimal supervision.
Prepare agenda notes and organize key materials for meetings.
Step in to cover administrative tasks during vacations to ensure continuity.
Execute general administrative responsibilities, including document preparation, correspondence, and data management.
Demonstrate initiative by identifying areas for improvement and streamlining processes.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities with agility and a problem-solving mindset.
Take a “how can I help?” approach, actively supporting the team and executives.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and internal systems efficiently.
Work with government, public sector, or construction industry experience preferred.
Bring at least 2-5 years of experience in executive support or senior office administration.
