THE TEAM

The mission of the Enterprise Risk Management Department is to prevent, detect, and resolve loss.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Enterprise Risk Management team is expanding accordingly. This is a unique opportunity to join a team responsible for safeguarding the security of Aritzia's property, our people, and our clients. As the Risk Coordinator, you will support the execution of daily prevention, detection, and resolution of loss through exceptional service and presence. The skills gained in this role can lead to a rewarding career in Enterprise Risk Management and ongoing growth within Aritzia.

THE ROLE

As the Risk Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Minimizing merchandise loss from all internal and external sources
• Protecting our people, clients, and communities
• Ensuring the security of financial, informational, and physical assets
• Championing and coaching the store team on inventory accuracy

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal Risk Coordinator will have:

• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Loss Prevention or Risk, retail experience, and/or post-secondary education in a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in Loss Prevention or Risk (preferred)
• A commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
• A focus on quality and results that add value to the business
• An understanding of Aritzia's brand vision and style fundamentals, with an awareness of trends and cultural influences

THE COMPENSATION
