GRAIL is seeking an Associate GRAIL Galleri Consultant (aGGC) to join our sales team! The territory for this position is Beverly Hills.

The aGGC is responsible for service and sales support activities to assist in driving market adoption and business growth. Core responsibilities include supporting the GRAIL Galleri Consultants (GGC) to increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to individual physicians. Support efforts include cultivating and maintaining key relationships, and creating and supporting a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly. Focus will be on currently marketed products and new product launches.

Responsibilities :

  1. Support the GRAIL Galleri Consultant (GGC) in increasing revenue and driving market development through direct sales to PCPs, OB/GYNs, and other relevant specialists.
  2. Assist in cultivating and maintaining key relationships, servicing ordering accounts, and creating/supporting strategic business plans to rapidly grow revenue.
  3. Focus on currently marketed products and new product launches.
  4. Provide logistics support, account servicing, and lead generation/qualification to GGC.
  5. Maintain and support existing customers alongside the assigned GGC.
  6. Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff, focusing on customer support, logistics coordination, and problem-solving.
  7. Promote quality client/patient relations and serve as a role model for other employees.
  8. Respect and maintain confidentiality of laboratory and financial information.
  9. Adhere to all company policies, regulations, and compliance procedures, including participating in compliance training.
  10. Perform miscellaneous duties within designated time frames.
  11. Communicate effectively with Grail staff and customers to ensure quality service.
  12. Maintain a service-oriented relationship with customers and utilize personal and professional skills to promote excellent customer service.
  13. Model and promote GRAIL’s core values, striving for continuous improvement and excellence.

Preferred Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  2. Required travel: 60% - 70%.
  3. Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a BA; relevant advanced degree candidates may have no experience requirement.
  4. Background in medical or biological sciences preferred.
  5. Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  6. Award-winning sales professional due to individual achievements.
  7. Bright, flexible, self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  8. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  9. Strong desire to work in a startup environment, with the ability to work independently and with internal drive.
  10. Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present effectively to internal and external audiences.
  11. Effective time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize tasks.
  12. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail.

The full-time annual base pay range for this position is $91K-$107K, with actual pay considering skills, experience, and location. In addition, we offer a competitive sales incentive structure, benefits including free testing for employees and immediate families, pregnancy and baby bonding leave, 401k, commuter benefits, and more. Performance-based bonuses and long-term incentive plans are also available.
