Onyx-Fire Protection Services is a rapidly expanding full-service fire protection service and maintenance contractor with over 135 technicians. We are actively seeking a certified fire alarm technician. Our location is near Toronto International Airport.

Responsabilités
  1. Identifying problems, evaluating, and diagnosing equipment requiring service.
  2. Performing installations, inspections, testing, verification, repair, and maintenance on fire alarm systems, access control & security systems, as well as miscellaneous service work as required.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must be CFAA registered.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the fire / life safety industry.
  • Strong command of the English language, both oral and written.
  • Ability to prepare thorough reports and inspection documentation.
  • Responsibilities include: annual inspections, verification, service calls, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
  • Willing to handle after-hours and weekend service calls on a rotation basis.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driver abstract.
  • Factory training on systems is an asset.
  • Experience in security systems, CCTV systems, and card access systems is an asset.
  • Ability to professionally represent our company with a polite and respectful demeanor towards customers and colleagues.
