Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager (Fort Langley)

Job Details

Beatniks is a well-established and vibrant restaurant in Fort Langley, known for its large streetscape patio, live music nights, and fresh food. We are seeking a floor manager to work 4-5 shifts per week to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Ideal candidates have a genuine passion for the industry, a solid understanding of restaurant operations, exceptional attention to detail, quick thinking, confident decision-making, and leadership skills. Management experience is an asset but not mandatory; this position may suit someone with front-of-house experience ready to move into management.

Responsibilities include staff support, direction and feedback, light inventory management, maintaining customer relations, conflict resolution, quality control, enforcing policies, on-the-spot decision making, and ensuring smooth restaurant flow.

This position is scheduled Wednesday to Sunday, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with shifts approximately 6 hours long. It is ideally a seasonal role ending in September.
