Position Summary
The Manager of the Children and Family Centre oversees the operation of the Early Childhood Education Lab School at Confederation College. Responsibilities include hiring, supervising, and evaluating staff; participating in student training; and planning and monitoring budgets for the College and the Thunder Bay District Social Services Administration Board. The manager ensures all programs meet and exceed legislative licensing requirements.

Minimum of a 2-year diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.

Association of Early Childhood Educators, Ontario Professional Certification
Experience
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including management experience in an Early Childhood Education Lab School is an asset.
