Our client seeks a Director of Operations, the brand leader responsible for all daily operations. This role involves driving operational excellence, maintaining high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness, and ensuring restaurants are always prepared for business.

The Director of Operations succeeds by building a high-performing team capable of executing plans and increasing EBITA through sound business practices.

  7. Maintain facilities, equipment, and premises meticulously
  8. Adhere to food safety, worker safety, and employment standards

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to build professional relationships
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills

KPIs: Growth in EBITA, Same Store Sales, customer experience metrics (Speed of Service, OSAT, REV, GPS), team health, and compliance with standards.

Qualifications:

5+ years of QSR experience at a multi-unit level; college diploma or university degree is an asset.
