• Create leads, initiate, and negotiate deals worth 10 to 25 lakhs per month.
• Recruit, hire, train, and continually enhance team productivity.
• Monitor, review, and motivate the team to ensure sales and collection targets are met as per plan.
• Establish new products on production lines by collaborating with R&D, procurement, and other control and cost-saving functions.
• Design, create, and deliver presentations to customers on sales, product, and service portfolios of Metlok.
• Able to meet departmental goals.
