Full Time Customer Service – Warehouse & Inventory Control Position Available Now In Mississauga!
Must have experience working in Warehouse related Inventory Control, 2 years experience.

Work Schedule:
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FULL-TIME MORNING SHIFTS MONDAY TO FRIDAY.

Experience Required:

  1. 2 years Warehouse Inventory Control/Logistics/Warehousing
  2. 2 years Customer Service related experience
  3. Working on CRMs

Compensation:
$22/hr plus 4% vacation pay!
Weekly Friday Pay!

Job Duties:

  1. Compile and maintain records in the warehouse management system of type and quantity of products, materials, equipment, merchandise, and supplies stored at the facility.
  2. Process receipts in the warehouse management system.
  3. Complete QA receipt handling and sampling documents.
  4. Generate inventory stock reports and perform cycle counts.
  5. Verify system data and physical count of stock.
  6. Identify discrepancies/errors.
  7. Sign in/out Carrier Drivers.
  8. Liaise with Customers via email and phone.
  9. Process and assemble courier sample orders.
  10. Process returns and damages.
  11. Work closely with Facility Manager, Supervisors, and Warehouse Personnel.
  12. Allocate/process inventory transactions in support of co-pack/re-pack operations.
  13. Sort and maintain files of hard copies of receipt, shipment, and product paperwork.

Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience in customer service and working in warehousing industry.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong organizational skills to keep up with various customer needs.
  5. Ability to problem solve/troubleshoot quickly and prioritize daily tasks.
  6. Ability to work in collaboration with others.
  7. Computer proficiency/knowledge in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
