A career as Financial Services Representative in Investments at National Bank is an opportunity to create a positive impact for our clients. In this role, you’ll support Financial Planners in all their administrative investment activities, while participating in business development activities with clients. Your job : Optimize interactions with clients on the technical, administrative and operational aspects of their investment transactions. Use an advisory approach by detecting opportunities and referring clients to the right specialist. Propose transaction and investment solutions when analyzing client files, if required. Support Financial Planners in data analysis and solving complex files to satisfy clients. Ensure compliance with the processes used and the implementation of new features. Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules. Your team : You’ll be part of a team that stands out for its strong collaboration. You’re known for your empathy and open-mindedness. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills through training, hands-on learning and discussions with your partners. This position reports to the Financial Planner Manager. This position requires you to be present in the workplace in order to fulfil client and operational needs.
