Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical assistance and support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Install and troubleshoot desktop / laptop hardware, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
  • Respond to and document end user inquiries, maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage hardware warranty repairs and perform inventory activities.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support infrastructure tasks based on instructions from specialized teams.
  • Manage end-user incidents and requests, including plant-specific IT requests.
  • Provide on-site operational support for data center and server room equipment.
  • Maintain knowledge base and contribute to SLA / KPI management.

Requirements :

  • Ability to work across multiple sites and travel as needed.
  • Physical fitness to navigate large areas.
  • Flexibility to work after hours and weekends if required.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Ability to handle tasks related to infrastructure equipment under remote guidance.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
