Planner II

Description

We're looking for a Planner II, working in Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products industry in 1 Discovery Drive, Swiftwater, Pennsylvania, 18370, United States.

1. Work with the headcount model for registered headcount and temporary workforce to evaluate work assignments and manage area workforce maps.
2. Present labor utilization (present) and to-be state based on GEMBAS and investigational analysis.
3. Utilize role based schedule for use on the production floor for managing labor and workforce needs.
4. Assist in the development of new approaches for creating flexibility and agility in the workforce such as part-time, variable time, or seasonal workforce staffing models.
5. Propose solutions to achieve desired labor efficiencies which include the appropriate shop floor coverage for PTO, STD, breaks, and relief time.
6. Develop strategies to support coverage.
