Summary:

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales expectations and promote awareness of promotional programs.
2. Maintain a positive attitude towards selling and promote beauty products.
3. Encourage customer participation in the PC Optimum program.

Customer Service:

1. Create a positive environment for customers and coworkers.
2. Always prioritize the customer and provide superior service.
3. Utilize eClienteling to enhance customer interactions.
4. Promote products and the PC Optimum program actively.
5. Promote and book appointments for in-store events.

Operations:

1. Exhibit and promote company products and services.
2. Attend vendor training and workshops.
3. Follow Cosmetics Operating Standards.

General:

1. Comply with health, safety, and store policies.
2. Follow loss prevention procedures.
3. Act professionally at all times.
4. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

1. Good planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
2. Independent thinking.
3. Selling skills in cosmetics.

Experience:

1. Proven consultative and selling skills.
2. Knowledge of beauty products and services.
3. Ability to conduct consultations and demonstrate application.

Physical Requirements:

3. Bend and stretch to stock shelves.
