Overview:

• We are a regional insurance inspection firm seeking additional representation in the Asheville, NC area.
• The volume of inspections is currently low for the area. Coverage includes Asheville and the surrounding region.
• Each commercial report pays $52-$63 and typically takes about an hour to complete.
• The position is 1099 and flexible, scheduled at your convenience within a 20-day window.
  • Require two contact attempts within 10 days.
• All necessary training is provided; preference for candidates with construction or insurance backgrounds.
• Payments are made twice monthly upon account approval.

Job Description:

• The role involves contacting the insured to conduct an interview, scheduling onsite inspections, providing photographs and diagrams, and submitting findings via our website.
• Required contact attempts are 5/10 days, with support from our office team if needed.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation, a computer with high-speed internet, and a digital camera are required.
• Relevant work experience is preferred; training will be provided.
