Appliance Specialists provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and are responsible for selling major appliances, extending service plans, and credit. They assess customer needs and guide decisions to close sales.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Achieve individual sales targets to support department goals by facing challenges with innovation and an open mind.
• Proactively identify customers needing assistance or having issues by asking open-ended questions.
• Explain product features and benefits of appliances.
• Assist customers with product knowledge, special orders, and installation services.

Preferred Qualifications :

• 1-2+ years of experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Experience selling major appliances is an asset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent reading, communication, math, and customer service skills.

Compensation :

The pay range for this position is between $21.60 and $23.60 per hour.
