Responsibilities

• Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Plan and develop exhibits and displays for various events
• Order and authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise and resolve customer issues
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers and volunteers

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 to 2 years of experience
• Experience supervising 3-4 people
• Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, team player
