Role Description

As a skilled freelance sales associate, you will provide makeup application, skincare advice, and fragrance or hair consultations, creating a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience. You will work with a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.

This role suits dynamic, self-starting individuals seeking career growth in prestige beauty. Certification in makeup artistry and retail experience are desirable but not mandatory; we also welcome beginners eager to develop skills in makeup, fragrance, skincare, or hair.

Qualifications

• High creative and technical expertise, even at amateur level
• Ability to deliver authentic, personalized customer service
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software is preferred
• Proof of right to work in the country required upon interview invitation

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate ranges from $17.75 to $28.55, depending on experience, skills, and location. The position may include a discretionary bonus and benefits such as health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, paid leave, holidays, and vacation.
