Job Position: MarTech Business Analyst

Job Location: Mississauga, Canada (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Job Summary:

• Good understanding of Martech tool stack like Adobe, SASCI etc.
• Telco experience is a plus.
• Excellent understanding and experience working across different marketing functions.
• Excellent understanding and clarity around the concepts of campaign build, target segmentation, promotion & offers, leads management, pricing, customer journey etc.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for marketing products.
• Ability to write business/functional test cases to validate and test end-to-end flow campaign communications.
• Ability to drive UAT, BRT (Business Readiness Testing).
• Coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders and teams to gather inputs for putting together end-to-end flow of data.
