Qualifications

  • Mindestens 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Rehabilitationsklinik.
  • Exzellente Kundenservicefähigkeiten und Telefonetikette.

Responsibilities

  • Beantwortung von Telefonanrufen und Begrüßung von Patienten.
  • Koordination der Terminplanung und Verwaltung der Patientenakten.
  • Unterstützung bei der Dateneingabe und Abrechnung.

Employment Status: Permanent Part-Time ; Must be available to work up to 6.30pm on Tuesday & Thursday with later start on those days

Qualifications & Core Competencies:

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
  • A high degree of organizational and multi-tasking skills in a busy and fast-paced work environment, preferably with 1-3 years of work experience in a rehabilitation clinic setting.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer savvy and data entry skills in a physiotherapy clinic setting will be an asset.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.


Key Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls, greet patients and visitors upon arrival, and provide excellent customer service for all questions or concerns.
  • Coordinate a detailed and accurate intake of information on the patient's first visit to the clinic and throughout their treatment plan.
  • Assist patients with completing paperwork at the clinic to avoid errors and inaccurate information.
  • Coordinate scheduling of patient appointments and maintain the patient's medical record.
  • Collect payment at the time of service.
  • Track coverage for all funding streams to ensure approval
  • Complete data entry and billing
  • Coordinate courier packages (in or outgoing) and process incoming and outgoing emails, mail and faxes.
  • Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director.
