• 2+ years of CAD modeling and robust modeling with Siemens NX required.
• Experience in Body in White automotive engineering is essential.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Creating CAD (Catia/NX) parametric math models for commodities using Knowledge Based Engineering template modeling techniques.
• Position requires extensive knowledge of Catia/NX modeling and an extensive background developing/packaging/synthesizing complex vehicle systems.
• Additional responsibilities include dictating architecture and construction techniques, creating master development/packaging/requirement sections, defining master template modeling structures, and training other Catia/NX engineers on modeling techniques and architecture.

Requirements:

• 2+ Years of CAD modeling with Siemens NX
• 2+ Years of Robust Modeling with Siemens NX
• 2+ Years of Parametric CAD Modeling with Siemens NX
• 2+ Years of Body in White (Automotive) Engineering Experience
• Strong English speaking skills
• Strong Engineering Design Project Presentation skills required

Preferred Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Body in White and/or Closures CAD Engineering experience.
• 5+ Years of body experience
• 5+ Years of CAD Parametric Modeling with Siemens NX

Education:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Mechanical).

Additional Details:

• Hybrid Role.
• Occasional trips to the US for meetings (1-2 times per month).
• Occasional trips to Brampton and Mexico as needed.
