Job Description

Crystal Clean (CC) is one of the nation's leading privately held companies in the environmental waste services industry. Purpose:


To implement and maintain the Integrated Ground Water Monitoring Program (IGMP) and oversee permitting and day to day compliance at Envirosafe Services of Ohio, Inc.


Responsibilities:



  1. Perform field sampling and data collection

  2. Operate and maintain field equipment

  3. Review and analyze data.

  4. Prepare and submit reports of groundwater quality to the EPA.

  5. Develop and conduct alternate source demonstrations.

  6. Interface with regulatory agencies, consulting firms and attorneys.

  7. Develop and submit permit modifications.

  8. Participate in regulatory Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Inspections.

  9. Prepare and submit responses to O&M inspection comments.

  10. Manage various groundwater projects with outside assistance.

  11. Oversee permitting and day to day compliance of the Facility.

  12. All other duties as assigned.



Position Characteristics:

  4. Maintain frequent contact with organizations, which directly influence the company's reputation or performance.

  5. Serve as a consultant and assist units throughout the company.

  6. Work under frequent pressure to meet deadlines.

  7. Communicate technical ideas to employees in other areas.

  8. Work frequently involves projects that may extend over several months and require close project management.

  9. Deal with unstructured problems that often require a timely response

  10. Process large amounts of complex information quickly.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000, and includes benefits such as the following:
