The Housekeeping ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction at Qualicum Beach Inn & Qualicum Beach Ocean Suites. This role involves cleaning rooms, coordinating daily tasks, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, and maintaining an efficient and friendly work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control:
Clean/inspect guest rooms, suites, and public areas for cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hotel standards.
Address deficiencies promptly and implement corrective measures.
Operational Efficiency:
Manage housekeeping inventory, ensuring adequate stock of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
Coordinate with the maintenance department to report and resolve repair needs.
Guest Satisfaction:
Respond to guest requests and concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
Foster a culture of attention to detail and superior service within the team.
