An established industry player is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team in providing personal care and support services to clients in the community. This role is vital for enhancing dignity and self-determination for individuals and families, ensuring they receive the necessary care in a respectful and culturally competent manner. With a focus on anti-racist and anti-oppressive practices, the successful candidates will work across various locations, assisting clients with daily living activities while promoting their safety and independence. The successful candidates must be available to work a minimum of two different types of shifts (days and evenings, days and nights, or a combination), with a preference for relief availability across all three shifts. Shift hours are 7:00am to 3:00pm, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, and 11:00pm to 7:00am.
