My Client is seeking an experienced leader for Above the Wing and Below the Wing services.

Position is located in Montreal. Open to assisting with relocation.

This role reports to the President who is located in France.

Directors / Head of HR, Finance, Operations, and Quality will report to this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in setting company policies, financial targets, organizational vision, and operations strategy.
2. Collaborate with key participants to compile the budget.
3. Develop, communicate, and implement policies to ensure safe and effective daily operations, aligned with company strategy and contractual obligations.
4. Ensure alignment with current company policies and goals.
5. Maintain and direct daily business operations, coordinating with other departments.
6. Monitor performance, take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts.
7. Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
8. Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations and take appropriate action when necessary.
9. Control operational costs to meet company targets.
10. Manage expenses to achieve growth and profitability targets.
11. Prepare timely and accurate financial performance reports.
12. Lead cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve workflows.
13. Identify and evaluate industry risks and opportunities, proposing measures to mitigate risks and leverage trends.
14. Drive innovation and technological advancement to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
15. Oversee the company's budget development and management, ensuring strategic alignment and resource allocation.
16. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee development.
17. Provide leadership to department heads and managers, promoting accountability and collaboration.
