Job Description:

TECHNICIEN AUX COMPTES PAYABLES ET RECEVABLES at Mécanitec. This vacancy is based in Trois-Rivières, QC, Canada, with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare invoices and supporting documents for clients.
  • Generate reports for project managers related to billing.
  • Monitor accounts receivable for non-payments and delays.
  • Support accounts payable team, including processing supplier invoices and credit card expenses.
  • Open new accounts for clients and suppliers.
  • Perform inter-company billing monthly.
  • Work closely with the accounting department on various issues.
Qualifications:

  • Hold a DEC or AEC in accounting or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

  • Professional proficiency in French (spoken and written); English is an asset.
