Job description

GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION : To support business members, grow that aspect of the business, and accomplish sales goals.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assist in delivering merchandise to business partners according to billing and standards.
• Execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Update price changes and merchandise rotation in the 'steel' cage of Business Services.
• Ensure wholesale transactions are handled properly and collection orders are prepared and identified.
• Receive goods for delivery and assist in auditing with the Duty Manager.
• Select products for delivery based on environment (dry, refrigerated, frozen), ensuring proper condition and cold chain preservation.
• Organize delivery routes according to schedule.
• Assist in loading / unloading and transportation of products.
• Qualifications include : High school or vocational certification (preferably), minimum two years of experience in similar roles (preferably retail), positive attitude, health card, strong math skills, food handling certification (preferable), and proficiency in English and / or Spanish.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate teamwork.
