Necessary Qualifications Include:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insurance brokerage operations
• Strong understanding of carrier portals and ability to train brokers on their use
• Experience conducting audits and performance reviews for brokers
• Familiarity with Google Drive and Nitro software is an asset
• Excellent leadership, training, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support brokers effectively
