Manage & supervise all aspects of the business from staff to the product used in the work process. This includes client relations & interactions such as pricing, estimating & when necessary dealing with client complaints, as well as managing financial aspects regarding invoicing, receiving, ordering & inventory.
The applicant must perform or assist with all product installation or application, including film, vinyl, protective coatings & any other services we offer, as well as be familiar with design access programs/software & vehicle kit cut outs. They will also be responsible for all business promotion & maintenance of social media accounts.
Applicants may be required to expand and liaise between sub-contractors and clients regarding art designs and cutting/printing of anything within our equipment’s capabilities and occasionally perform hiring, training, development, corrective action, and termination of employees with guidance from the owner.
