Job type: Full-time, Contract (seasonal)

Contract: from August 26 until December 21, 2024, with the possibility to extend to April 2025

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7 AM and 5:30 PM

We seek full-time employees who can commit to the entire duration of the contract.

The expected pay range: hourly rate of $18.50

We’re looking for Customer Support Representatives to join our Fundraising, Group Savings, and Business Gifting team based in Vancouver, BC, Chester Street.

Job Overview: In this role, you will support the promotion of these programs to new and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about customer service and eager to expand their experience. Success will come from engaging with customers over the phone, promoting programs, and working collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Validate contact information for existing and new customers
  • Contact leads to promote sales programs
  • Support customers with online ordering systems
  • Troubleshoot website and online ordering issues
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Additional duties such as data entry, organization, and research on new customers

Ideal candidates:

  • Provide excellent customer service and multitask effectively
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and general computer skills
  • Possess advanced spoken and written English skills
  • Previous telephone customer service experience is a plus
