Job Description

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $30.00~$33.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 3

Job Duties:

1. Prepare and cook entire meals or individual dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards.
2. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
3. Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
4. Oversee kitchen operations and comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
5. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
6. Involve in recruiting process.
7. Supervise the activities of kitchen helpers.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
2. Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
