You are an experienced Change Control Manager/Project Controls professional with 7+ years of experience, seeking your next step or are currently working in a similar role within a comparable environment. You’re motivated to join a growing and dynamic team.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. In this impactful role, you will be providing leadership and direction, actively embedding and promoting the purpose, values, and vision of Turner & Townsend.

Job Description

As a Change Control Manager, you will be involved in:

  • Responsible for ensuring that the change control process is implemented in compliance with governance and provides assurance of technical content.
  • Manages the Change Management Board, sets agendas, reviews for quality and provides completed Change Request Forms, RFIs, change orders, etc. for Change Management Board actions.
  • Coordinates with a variety of stakeholders to validate and assure information prior to change board.
  • Logs and manages Change Management Board decisions and escalation recommendations.
  • Tracks change log and its action items, and documents Change Management Board resolutions, approvals, rejections, requests for further information.

Qualifications

  • Typically, a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a program controls role within large scale projects or programs of work.
  • Preferable to have experience of a role focused on the management of project/program change in a complex infrastructure project/program.
  • Able to demonstrate expertise in applicable technical areas or an aspect of program controls and strong commercial acumen.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable engaging with senior/executive stakeholders.
  • Recognized degree in project/program/cost management or similar.
  • Member of appropriate professional institution. P. Eng., PMP, RICS or other project management related certification considered an asset.
