Job description

Job Title : Contract Talent Acquisition Administrator (UKG)

Location : Edmonton, AB

Type : 2 month Contract, hybrid

  • All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada

The Position :

Our Edmonton headquartered client is immediately seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator for a 2-month contract. The client is in process of transitioning to UKG and need a dedicated contractor to support data entry activities in preparation for a migration from a legacy system to UKG.

What You'll Do :

As a detail-oriented professional, you will manage data entry tasks in both our clients existing legacy system and UKG. This role also involves cleaning up data as needed. You will bring strong organizational skills and experience in data entry within HR systems.

  • Accurately enter and update data in the existing legacy system and UKG.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
  • Other duties as required that may assist the team in the preparation and execution of the full conversion to UKG.
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition and accurate data is entered.

Mandatories :

  • Minimum Grade 12, plus applicable post-secondary courses.
  • Preference given to graduates of HR related courses or those willing to further their education within the HR field.
  • 1 - 3 years of Human Resource Department related experience with proven experience performing data entry tasks.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems with experience in UKG.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain and preserve strict confidentiality.
