About Olds College Of Agriculture & Technology

Founded in 1913, Olds College of Agriculture & Technology has been offering high quality hands-on education for over a century. Through our core programming including continuing education, online and blended programming, we provide accessible educational opportunities within Alberta and beyond. We are passionate about the Agriculture industry. Through our applied research and integrated learning, we are proud to be Canada’s Smart Agriculture College, specializing in agriculture, agrifood, horticulture, land and environmental stewardship. We work closely with industry to advance and adapt our programming to ensure our graduates have the skills to succeed.

Olds College is seeking qualified, enthusiastic, and passionate individuals to join our Agriculture Portfolio in the Industry Training & Continuing Education (ITCE) division. We are expanding our talent pool of potential instructors who are interested in delivering high-quality education and training to adult learners in various agricultural sectors. As an instructor with Olds College ITCE, you will play a key role in shaping the future of agricultural education, empowering individuals and organizations to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.

Available Courses

We are currently looking for instructors with expertise in the following areas (but not limited to) :

  • Animal Science : Courses such as RVT Short Courses and Veterinary Practice Management.
  • Business : Including Workplace Communications and Bookkeeping.
  • Horticulture : Covering topics like Basics of Horticulture Marketing and Landscape Design.
  • Pesticide Applicator (require 5 years experience & Train the trainer certification).
