About the Role

As a financial services professional, you'll be attentive to the needs of our members and clients. Your goal is to support their financial well-being by providing excellent customer service and high-quality financial solutions tailored to their needs. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Attending to members’ investment and financing needs while ensuring quality service
2. Developing strategies and offering investment, financing, and insurance products
3. Managing business relationships, assessing member/client satisfaction, following up, and identifying areas for improvement
4. Staying up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends, and best practices in your field
