General Function

Our Sales Associates are crucial to our success. You will deliver authentic, energetic, and fun experiences to customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by making personal connections, paying attention to details, and offering personalized shopping experiences.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering professional relationships with peers and management.
  • Maintain store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Protect company assets.
  • Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Comfort with new technology and adaptability with high accuracy
  • Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal orientation
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-changing environment
