Job description

Reporting to the Back Room Department Manager, a Receiving Outfitter is responsible for backend operations including receiving, warehouse management, inventory control, replenishment, stocking, and maintenance/housekeeping departments.

Responsibilities:
  1. Systematically receive P.O.s that come into the building.
  2. Perform physical counts of all packages arriving and verify counts with packing slips.
  3. Conduct stocking activities from the back room to the sales floor.
  4. Handle tasks such as folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging newly arrived products.
  5. Replenish all departments including facing and hanging merchandise.
  6. Conduct floor checks, including cleaning, updating pricing and signage, inventory verification, ensuring shelves are full, and security tags are in place.
  7. Assist with merchandise purges as necessary.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  3. Customer service-oriented team player.
  4. Effective communication skills with customers and business contacts in a courteous, positive, and professional manner.
  5. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle boxes of merchandise.
  6. Steel-toe work boots are required.
  7. Ability to obtain a PAL license.
