Our Client headquartered in the US is one of North America's leading manufacturers of luxury interior glass door solutions for the home and office in both the Commercial and Residential spaces. Due to the impressive growth within the business, they are looking to further expand their sales team with the introduction of more inside sales Rock-stars.

Your new role

You will report directly to the Sales Director. You will be required to prospect and cold call in a designated sales territory, developing new clients in the commercial/residential space. In this role, you will also develop, maintain, and manage relationships with both existing and new clients, ensuring that you are re-activating the existing under-performing accounts as assigned in your territory. You will collaborate closely with the outside sales team to drive business even further and achieve sales goals monthly via phone and email interactions.

What you will need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you will have a minimum of 2+ years of relevant sales experience, with a high preference for individuals who have worked with architects, designers, and/or contractors. You will require an outside-the-box, pro-active approach to self-generate business through high activity, referrals, and networks. A can-do attitude, hunter mentality, and a strong appetite for deals will be key success factors in this role. You also possess excellent communication skills and have a keen eye for detail.
