Northern Primrose is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Virtual Executive Assistant (L1) to support our clients and internal team with high-quality administrative support. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a remote environment. You’ll juggle tasks across multiple clients throughout the day, much like a consultant—dedicating focused blocks of time to each client to help them stay organized and efficient.
As part of our team, you’ll collaborate closely with a Lead VEA for client guidance, jump into tasks on the fly, and support internal operations. You’ll also assist with note-taking, scheduling, updating documents, and light automation—while growing your skills through training and professional development.

Responsibilities
For Clients
- Email and calendar management
- Meeting support: take minutes, highlight action items, organize and share notes
- Task and project management
- Document creation: SOPs, templates, and processes
- CRM data entry and contact management
- Light social media tasks (LinkedIn, IG, FB)
- Learning each client’s business model and adapting quickly
- Maintaining secure information and client confidentiality
- Communication with client teams and their contacts

Additional Duties
- Use tools like Zapier to build simple automations and streamline workflows
- Prioritize multiple calendars and tasks effectively
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members across platforms like Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams
Hard Skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Comfortable learning new software quickly (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Zoho)
- Familiar with project management and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, ClickUp, Pipedrive)
- Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, ClickUp, email filtering)
- Strong time and task management skills
- Comfort in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

$43,680 annually
