Base pay range: $60,000.00 / yr - $60,000.00 / yr

Job Title: Junior Business Development Manager

Salary: CA$60k basic, CA$60k with OTE

An FMCG / Tech enterprise that emerged a little over ten years ago, but is now an institution across the USA, parts of Europe and Asia, is growing in multiple markets and geographies.

They're looking for a sizeable number of Junior Business Development Managers to join new teams and grow their book of business!

Junior Business Development Manager Package:
  • Competitive salary of CA$60k
  • Excellent OTE, with total earnings up to CA$60k

Successful candidates will possess a natural flair for engaging with people, employing a consultative approach with their customers as the face and mouthpiece of the company's prestigious brand. You'll enjoy an autonomous role where you decide your own progression based on your strengths and interests.

Junior Business Development Manager Role Responsibilities:
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the company, marketplace, competitors, and target clients
  • Plan and prepare territory strategies—decide when and which clients or prospects to visit to maximize opportunities
  • Engage with prospects over the phone and travel to client sites to build relationships, address objections, and educate about the company's value
  • Implement marketing and category initiatives within your customer base
  • Manage and monitor sales performance in your assigned territory
  • Represent the company ethos at regional and national conferences, networking to generate further business
Junior Business Development Manager Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Confident with good presentation skills
  • Driving license preferred
  • Strong work ethic and positive outlook
