The Opportunity :

We are seeking a seasoned Website Manager to lead the development and optimization of our digital storefront. This role is designed for an experienced website manager who has both technical and strategic experience. You will contribute significantly on digital transformation with a focus on developing an amazing website that engages customers, is helpful and drives business to our dealerships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Execute web development projects that enhance functionality and user engagement, aligning with our broader business goals to maximize lead generation.
• Analytics-Driven Optimization : Set up analytics to elevate site performance. Your expertise to set up, but also analyze the data for decision making will directly influence our market position and customer acquisition efforts.

Enhanced User Experiences : Innovate our site architecture and interactive capabilities to create seamless and engaging user journeys. Your focus on A / B testing and user feedback will continually improve our conversion rates.

What You Will Bring :

• A degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field, or significant experience in managing high-performing websites, preferably within the retail or eCommerce industries.
• An expert understanding of current web development tools and implementing strong SEO tactics.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for innovation and a detail-oriented approach to project management.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of inspiring collaboration across teams and departments.
