We are offering a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Production Lead Hand located in St. George, New Brunswick.

The Role

As a Production Lead Hand, you will guide and support your team in daily duties across various departments on the production floor. This role combines technical expertise and leadership to ensure efficient and safe operations. You will report to the Supervisor.

Primary Duties
  1. Complete all job tasks of workers in different areas.
  2. Assist when short-staffed or covering for other employees.
  3. Help with task assignments and scheduling.
  4. Provide direction to employees.
  5. Oversee machinery setup and adjustments.
  6. Perform duties of all laborer positions as required.
