WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

The Promotions Manager at Blue Mountain Resorts is responsible for driving consumer engagement and increasing awareness of our products through strategic, on-the-ground activation efforts. This role leads the planning and execution of direct marketing initiatives by identifying and securing high-impact locations that align with our target audience. The Promotion Manager oversees a team of two intern activation agents, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful presence at each site.

Key responsibilities:

• Sourcing and vetting promotional locations
• Developing and managing activation schedules
• Ensuring all logistics and branded assets are in place for each event.
• Analyzing consumer interaction data
• Tracking campaign performance
• Managing budgets
• Working closely with both internal departments and external partners to deliver compelling, results-driven promotional experiences.
