Job Description

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Manager of Diagnostic Imaging, the successful candidate will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a multidisciplinary family-centered environment. The MRT will perform tests and procedures related to General Radiography, manage patient information, prepare reports, maintain equipment, and perform other relevant duties. Candidates should be willing to be trained in full-line CT technology and aim to obtain CAMRT CT certification. The role involves working across all three hospital locations.

Requirements
  • Registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario – Radiology
  • Minimum one (1) year hospital experience or equivalent
  • Preferred experience in CT head and renal colic scanning
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver service excellence and patient-focused care
  • Initiative and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with critical decision-making
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
