Job description

Airswift is seeking a Contract Data Integrity Administrator to work on a 1-year assignment with a major O&G company in Lloydminster, AB.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspection Data Management
  • Create Thickness Survey event types and import NDE Shooters / manually enter UT / RT readings using PCMS.
  • Create and enter data for PSV Servicing event types using PCMS.
  • Manage the staging area for new equipment using PCMS.
  • Create new CML locations and link them to equipment components using PCMS.
  • Create VE / VI events and enter report data using PCMS.
  • Run queries / filters of equipment due for inspection by year using PCMS.
  • Manage and monitor the LC-AssetIntegrity email inbox.
  • Upload inspection reports into SAP BW / EDMS.
  • File Management: Manage the electronic Engineered Pressure Enclosure (EPE) catalogue, scan hardcopy EPE design information, and add it to the electronic EPE catalogue.
  • Digitize Mechanical Turnover packages from previous Turnarounds and Outages.
Administrative Duties:
  • Order office supplies as required.
  • Book meetings as required.
  • Perform other duties as required / assigned.
Deliverables:
  • PCMS Data Entry.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in oil & gas, with a minimum of 5 years in an administrative role.
  • High school diploma; a certificate/diploma/degree from an accredited post-secondary institution is preferred.
  • Experience in SAP.
  • Experience managing integrity management software such as PCMS, RBMI, MaxiTrack.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate concisely.
  • Ability to read common engineering drawings (equipment general arrangements, isometric drawings, P&IDs).
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and time effectively.
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter.
  • Ability to focus on tasks and work well in a multidisciplinary team to achieve common goals.
