  • Prepare agendas and arrange meetings for committees, boards, and others
  • Conduct research
  • Meet with individuals, interest groups, and others to discuss issues and recommend actions based on meetings
  • Liaise with departmental, corporate officials, and other organizations
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and reservations
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and administer contracts
