Tasks
- Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures
- Prepare reports and documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors
- Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports
- Prepare and coordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports
- Prepare agendas and arrange meetings for committees, boards, and others
- Conduct research
- Meet with individuals, interest groups, and others to discuss issues and recommend actions based on meetings
- Liaise with departmental, corporate officials, and other organizations
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and reservations
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and administer contracts
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
