Job Responsibilities

Supervisors are responsible for running a daily shift, overseeing staff, opening and closing business units, and upholding brand standards.

Hourly Wage - $20.91

What Will I Be Doing?
  • Set service expectations, supervise, motivate, coach, and recognize team members; manage and document performance issues; conduct performance evaluations and develop improvement plans.
  • Follow brand standards, station layouts, drink recipes, and service standards.
  • Train and lead front-line staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, coaching, and development to maximize sales and guest experience; develop SOPs and training documents.
  • Build positive relationships with culinary leaders, chefs, and cleaning staff; develop menu knowledge.
  • Assist team with daily tasks such as serving, cashiering, opening/closing duties, and managing cash floats and daily sales reconciliation.
  • Maintain positive guest relationships, manage guest expectations, and ensure service recovery.
  • Oversee daily maintenance of department equipment and amenities.
  • Order food and beverage products according to par levels set by management.
What Do You Need From Me?
  • Minimum age of 18 where alcohol is served.
  • Smart Serve Certificate or willingness to obtain it.
  • At least three years of serving or extensive customer service experience.
  • Supervisory, training, coaching, and performance management experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with POS systems is an asset.
  • Reliable, punctual, professional appearance.
  • Ability to strategize and impact sales and systems improvement.
